Every day more companies are downsizing, moving overseas and outsourcing positions to be cost-effective. Many see this as a very negative thing, another gloomy sign that the world is in a recession. And indeed it can be exceptionally troublesome for those that lose their jobs, their financial security, and the ability to provide for their families.
